  I placed an online order, I when in when the app said it was ready, one employee was waiting on three people, I waited till all three weee done, suiting the three people the manager counted the register and disappeared. The employee waiting on the customers called to Mike in the back room to come make the order, but no response. Then the employee started waiting on everyone else who came in after me. I then told the employee that I have been waiting here for over 30 minutes and I haven’t been acknowledged at all, and I want my money back and left. Without my refund.

  Nope!!! Never again will I go back. I've been twice now and that is twice too many. The first time I went there was a few people in front of me the guy made their sandwiches checked them out scratched his head under his hat with his gloves. Then came back to take my order not once to stop and take off his gloves. When he started to make my sandwich I requested he change his gloves. This last weekend I went in with my husband to grab a couple of sandwiches to take home. My husband had a wad of hair like possibly from combing out a tangle wad in his sandwich!! So disgusting!! I should have known better and just gone the few blocks down to Aspen Leaf Bakery.

  Joseph is an amazing sandwich artist everything on my sandwich was in my sandwich it was fresh and fast! Best subway in fremont county!

  Usually good, but last night (2/23/2026) I picked up a mobile order. Bread extremely dry and crumbly.
