  ⭐️ Very disappointing experience. I had passport photos taken here, and the quality was very poor. The photos were pixelated, badly cropped, and printed on cheap, low-quality photo paper. For six photos, we paid $41.69, which is extremely expensive considering the quality. When we went back to address the issue, the employee was extremely rude and argumentative. She insisted that the photos were fine and initially refused to give us a full refund. My husband had to insist because we were not satisfied with the product or the service. She eventually refunded the full amount, but continued arguing with him throughout the process. I have been a customer at this store before, but after this experience, I will never come back. Poor photo quality and even worse customer service. Definitely not worth the price.

  Management was so helpful. They were responsive and helped me navigate a very difficult situation.

  This is the closest location to my home but I will travel farther just so I don't have to deal with their rude behavior. It's a nightmare to return Amazon or Temu here. They treat you like your an idiot if you have any questions. They probably need some customer service classes.
