  Only five thinly sliced cucumbers allowed on a 6" sub when it is one of three veggies??? (2 tomatoes and some spinach). I would have wanted 15 cucumbers so I could actually taste them... told them to keep the sandwich and I won't go back. Felt sorry for the worker having to enforce that franchise rule.

  Even though there was a delay the first time I came here, the food was really good once it was ready. The 2nd time food was promptly ready. The lady was very friendly.

  I love Subway, but this location in Falcon is the worst! There was a piece of plastic in my sandwich. It looked like the corner of a plastic bag that some of the food must have came in. I went back in to let one of the two young ladies know about it and she just said, "sorry" and nothing else. Not to mention, they had my online order all wrong! Not toasted, wrong cheese, etc. Very poor customer service.

  Order ahead, arrived and wanted to use the restroom but there was no soap. Employee was helping other customers and started my order. I politely went over and asked if she put on new gloves. I didn't she her change them so I just asked. She got so offended and instantly gave attitude. She was preparing my order and didn't follow the instructions. I politely asked her to toast my sandwich then give attitude. State made a deal to say it's not on here... yes it was. Lady threw the whole sandwich away and made a new one as per the instructions. Lots of attitude for asking for soap in the restroom and could you please change your cash register gloves. Don't forget the mocking be blessed as you handed the meal to me and my kid.

  I saw a lot of negative reviews, so I almost didn’t eat here. My food was made quickly and was delicious. The girls begging the counter were friendly and welcoming.
