  Honestly, I was surprised by all of the negative reviews. I've lived in the area for 4 years and this is the closest UPS/Amazon return store and I have NEVER had a problem with them in all that time. The first time I had an Amazon return that required being in a box (I hadn't noticed that while was setting up my return) one of the ladies kindly educated me that I always need to watch how Amazon tells me to package my return). That was very helpful information for me. No, they are not overly smiley, but I believe that is because they are always concentrating on doing a good job for all of their customers, and perhaps it is a cultural thing. I have never found them to be rude. One reviewer was incensed because they wouldn't supply tape for the customer to secure their box, having done a poor job of it at home...well, neither will the US Post Office! This is a small business that is efficiently run, and I appreciate their presence in the community so I don't have to drive all the way down to Golden. Thank you Evergreen UPS staff!

  DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! YET ANOTHER CHANGE AFTER IVE SHIPPED........ 15 years I've been building and shipping custom made furniture and all of a sudden I DONT KNOW HOW TO MEASURE OR WEIGH THINGS?????????

  UPS stores are separate from UPS. So if something goes wrong with a pkg you send from the UPS store, the recipient has to pay a SECOND time to receive the pkg. AND since UPS drivers in Evergreen have been told to drop pkgs along the side of the road (instead of delivering to someone’s house) - having to pay AND receive is a great little game that UPS an their subcontractor stores play. (Btw - the UPS driver confirmed to me directly that they have been instructed to dump pkgs).
