  Excellent service - above & beyond! I brought in a food processor that needed to be returned. Karen found just the right box for me to pack it up in & helped with taping. David had return label printed before I’d gotten everything wrapped & placed in box. Always very friendly & willing to help in any way they can!

  They really went out of their way to bail us out!! It was the day before my wedding in May, and Winter in Estes Park finally decided to pay us a visit. We got easily 30 inches of snow, and the seating chart that my wife had painstakingly put together was demolished in the chaos. We needed a new solution, and almost every store in Estes Park was closed due to the weather. The UPS store didn’t miss a beat — they immediately went to work sourcing some poster board (despite the weather) and printing us a replacement! They really saved the day, and our wedding was able to proceed smoothly from there thanks to our brand new seating chart! Huge thanks to their herculean effort to keep us on track!!

  The staff is amazing! I accidentally left my stuffed animal in a hotel nearby and the owner took him to this UPS store to send him to me. They answered all of my questions whenever I called, reached out with any changes that occurred and just truly went above and beyond.
