  I stopped in at the last minute to have some important documents printed, and the two gentlemen working were incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. They got everything printed quickly, answered my questions, and made the whole process completely stress-free. It's so refreshing to receive such friendly and excellent customer service. Thank you both for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate it and will definitely be returning for any future printing or shipping needs!

  I've had consistently outstanding experiences at this UPS Store. Every member of the team provides friendly, professional, and reliable customer service, which is why I keep coming back. The manager, DJ, went truly above and beyond to help me with a difficult return. He took the time to track down security video that helped verify the condition of a package I was returning. The footage showed that the package had been damaged before I ever opened it, which was invaluable in resolving the issue with the seller. It's rare to find this level of dedication and genuine care for customers. DJ and the entire staff have earned my trust and loyalty, and I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for exceptional service. They've certainly earned a customer for life, and I hope you'll give them your business too!

  The service is always fantastic & quick at this location—it’s my go-to for UPS shipments & Amazon returns, & was worth every penny paying for a notarized doc as well which was done lickety-split (opposed to going to the bank where it’s free but you have to wait to be seen).

  This UPS Store is a joyful shipping center to get your needs fulfilled, as they move through their customers quickly and efficiently, but the young man with a glasses who provided me with remarkable service look like all the joy of his life was removed.
