  I was in an urgent need for a catering order and Rocky helped me out. Not only was he friendly and welcoming but he made the effort to help me get just what I needed. It's rare to find that in the food service industry today. The food line looked very nice and clean. I used the restroom and it was it immaculate. Treat your employees right and the good ones will stick around. Great job Rocky and Erie Subway! We will return. -Pat

  This is the last time we will try and support this neighborhood Subway store. To go in following my son’s concert only to be told that they won’t open a bag of meatballs because they “don’t think [they’d] sell them all before the end of the day” is ridiculous. And this isn’t the first time it’s happened with this store. The last time was, “we are out of turkey and won’t cut more.” Here’s a pro tip for the owner; if you want to generate revenue, you have to have products to sell. Mod Pizza got the $100 we would have spent on our family of six tonight. Pathetic.

  Horrible service. New kid working could barely string together a sentence, nor put a basic sandwich together. Totally unfriendly.
