  We went here today and ending up leaving. There was only 1 person on staff, on a Saturday who was clearly over-whelmed. She had several online orders to fill and did not even greet us. The bathrooms are disgusting. The womens was closed and the men's was dirty and the urinal was wrapped in a trash bag. There is a code on the door, so we had to ask for it. We live in Lone Tree. Was the code to keep customers out or the staff for cleaning? We ended up leaving because we were not acknowledged and because if the bathrooms are dirty, the kitchen is dirty. Just a fact. If the lack of staff was because of lower sales, then invest in your business by staffing up. A cheap owner, who sacrifices quality, service.and cleanliness deserves what they get. Customers who walk out the door, never to return again. Either sell the place or get yourself in there to do what it takes to make it great!!

  I was told that my subway gift cards , that I had in my wallet had to be used for online purchases only - I HAVE never been told this have always used them - my guess is they didn't know how to use them. Frustrating!
