  Honestly was surprised at how bad this subway is. There was one guy (I feel sorry for him) working and a bunch of customers so the service was extremely slow. Not his fault. The place was a mess, the vegetables did not look safe for consumption.

  Poor management,no customer service, three employees on one big phone order,my wife and I were there for 2 sandwiches, one person should have stopped to help,but instead we were told that we wouldn't be able to order for 20 minutes, REALLY they lost 2 loyal customers

  This was the last of two stops for food pickup and delivery. App said it was ready, but got there and they hadn't even started making it. Had to wait for four other people in line to get their orders in before my sandwich was made. If I was not on a schedule, then it wouldn't be a big deal. However, I was. Take down the express pickup sign as this is not a service you're capable of offering.
