  Fedex in Colorado has never made a delivery on time, it is always delayed 2-5 days from the original time, even if you pay for 2 day shipping it will not come for 4-5 days. They also will falsify the delay reason and say the recipient requested a hold or delayed delivery so it will not appear that it was infact their inability to make the delivery on time.

  Third time in 6 months a package has been "delivered" but not to my address. I'll personally never and will never use FedEx, but chewy does and that sucks for me and my hungry pets.

  The driver who was supposed to deliver my package claimed I “refused signature” even though I was simply not home. They took it back to the fed ex facility, I go to the facility to see why it says refused, and it magically ‘disappeared.’ The older front desk worker with slicked back grey hair, I think his name was Vitor, was beyond useless. He looked up my tracking number and said he’d ask his coworker who last touched it where it was and then call me. I never get a call, I have to go in again, and Vitor tells me “oh yea sorry my coworker can’t find it either go file a claim.” I am 99% sure my package was stolen, happen to communicate with someone on Fed Ex to figure out the driver involved. On the off chance this was stolen, Fed Ex won’t do anything to help you find a lost package. Would put 0 stars for this terrible facility if I could.
