To preface my review, I travel across the country for work and am inside different FedEx locations several times a week. Every time I stop in, it’s always the same simple procedure of me shipping out a box. My experience here was so needlessly difficult that I now have this location marked on my map so that next time I’m nearby, I can remember to avoid it. The employee that rang me up, Eve, needs to be retrained to LISTEN to what customers are asking. I asked a simple request that I could pack my own box so I could do it correctly, but the employee disregarded my simple request—something every other FedEx in the country has been able to accommodate. Instead of just saying “yes”, this led to an uncomfortable back and forth, which was only resolved when another employee stepped in to accommodate my request. Also, I don’t know if it was the particular day, but the entire location was redolent of sewage. AVOID.

Great employees, but quit torturing them with that awful sewer smell. I'm not sure how those poor workers don't pass out. That cannot be enjoyable for anyone in that building. Management, please fix this for your workers and customers.
consistently smells awful in here - I’m not sure how to employees tolerate it.

Customer service is great — but y’all go to do something about the SEWER PROBLEM Y’ALL CLEARLY HAVE! This has been going on for months! I feel terrible for the employees, how do they not completely pass out working in there so long. The stentch is employee and customer abuse.

FedEx is closer to my house, but UPS is closer to understanding customer service.
I find it hilarious that FedEx started accepting Amazon returns and now the employees seem visibly annoyed that people are showing up with Amazon returns. The store can be nearly empty and you’ll still get shooed to the self serve kiosk with the energy of someone realizing this meeting could’ve been an email.
One employee didn’t want to take my unused boxes and told me to throw them in the dumpster next to the building. Illegal dumping? No thank you. 🙄
UPS somehow handles 10x the volume while being faster, friendlier, and acting like customers aren’t there to ruin their lives.
FedEx may be closer, but the extra drive to UPS is worth it to avoid the awkward feeling that my package ruined someone’s day. 😂
