  DO NOT go to the Englewood location off Hampden just past Broadway. This place is straight-up deceptive. They added a “protection plan” to my account WITHOUT my consent and never mentioned it during the transaction. When I questioned it, they claimed it was “required for the first month” and that I could cancel later—which is completely false. I upgraded two phones back in December and didn’t catch it at the time, so I’ve been unknowingly paying for it for months. I only noticed when I went in to upgrade another phone for my child. After calling customer support, I was told clearly that the protection plan is OPTIONAL and not required at all. So either the employees are intentionally misleading customers or they’re being trained to lie—either way, it’s unacceptable. Check your bills carefully if you’ve been here. I would NOT trust this location with my account or money
