    We ordered online and got an email saying our sandwiches were ready. Then when we got there our sandwiches had not even been started and the person behind the counter made us wait u til she finished all sandwiches for the people that were already in the store. This isn't the first time this has happened here. And it seems they are never going to have enough people working there.

    Worst subway I ever saw. The bread was stale and crumbled in my hands. The men's bathroom had no paper towels, no toilet paper, and no dryer for hands. Pathetic!
