I order pickup through the app often, and my order is never ready on time. They prioritize walk-ins over mobile order so I have to wait even longer to get my food. They're not the most polite, either and don't seem to really care.

Typically, people leave reviews when they have a bad experience however I wanted to share a good experience.
I was in and out very quickly today, which was a nice change, and the service was polite and efficient. Brittney was so sweet and helpful with that Southern charm that really makes a difference. Definitely glad to see the improvement.

Worst Subway in the country, do not come to this Subway. Worst owner ever!!! Worst employees ever!!! Absolutely unacceptable how this store is run… 1 star for a reason

The woman ( do not know her name) but she seems to be the more tenured, has been rude everytime we've visited. Just her, other employees are poliet. She however, over talks and interrupts customers and refuses to listen. And to boot they got the order wrong.

The older lady that works there was very rude. I would never tolerate an employee like her. I will not buy sandwiches from this subway again if she still works there.
