  I had a great experience working with Christa Dillon. Christa was quick to respond to questions and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.   Crista Dillon, Michelle Russel and anyone else who works here is extremely incompetent. Terrible follow through when asked about things, assumed other things. They charged me for insurance I did not use or want, I asked them to cancel it, and instead of following up they just sent it to collections. For how much of a cake walk being an insurance agent is, this agency specifically sucks. Stay away at all costs.

  Don't ever go with them policy gets up for no reason and when you want to cancel your policy they tell its canceled but it's actually not they just go around and tell you hey we gonna have some one to call you and cancel

  I had problem with this location since Tiffany Mai was here and until now. Tiffany was never available no matter what I tried, calling, visiting the office, etc. Had to go down to a different location to change my policy. Recently, requested to cancel the policy and they let it lapsed. Now had to pay the bill for late payment which lead to cancellation. These guys are out to get your money! Not worth it!!! Better to stay away from Allstate.
