  The Eads Subway is inside the massive Love's on the north side of town. The Subway serves what you would expect (I'm a big fan of the Veggie Delite)...but I write this review because of one amazing employee there with whom I've had the pleasure of interacting every time I've visited over the past couple of months for business travel: Mark. I don't know his last name, but the guy is super nice, inquisitive, a workhorse, and makes a dang good sandwich. Thanks for your efforts in making it a great experience, Mark!

  Local to this store and quality is not always there. However, tonight was different. We sre a large family of 8...6 kids..2 adults. When we walk in anywhere it's a little overwhelming, however, VJ (Vaughn) was very friendly, took care of the customers in front of us, but still kept conversation with us while taking care of them. He was great making our 9 sandwiches very efficiently, and they were perfect. Thank you to Braxton who also helped get us finished by ringing us up. During our visit it started to downpour and the water flooded the floor. Braxton got it cleaned up very quickly. There was a lot going on but the 2 worked together quite well. Thank you gentlemen for being there tonight to serve us customers with quality and care! In case anyone is looking for tofu or anchovies....ask VJ, he might hook you up. (Joking)

  Food was good, service was good. There were a lot of flies (-1 star) but that doesnt bother me, they have the blue light fly removers and we just came at a bad time when there were flies in the restaurant.

  Stopped by after a day of fishing and we’re fortunate to have Mark make us the best subway sandwiches we’ve literally ever had. His portions, attitude and friendliness were 10/10. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We’ve been by before and had another employee and he PALED in comparison to Mark. We walked out after our second experience and both said, “man wish Mark would have been here today”. The sandwiches just weren’t as good nor did we experience the same service. Mark needs a raise. He deserves to manage the place.

  Was being served by a deaf gentleman with hearing aids. Was super polite and relatively quick. He was making my friends sub when they were out of chicken he asked my friend if he’d like roast beef. My friend said chicken was fine. His coworker (Jenny) Got really rude and told him that roast beef cannot be subbed for turkey. He wasn’t even putting roast beef on the sandwich and it could have ended there. It didn’t. She went on and had some really snarky tone in her voice. Manager (Ashley) Came out and piped up to say in front of me my girlfriend my friend and 2 other customers “He’s gonna be gone anyway. Yeah he’s gone in 45 minutes.” Disgusting… Didn’t pull him away but instead embarrassed him infront of paying customers. I remember when my manager embarrassed a coworker infront of customers. She was fired next day. Hope you take notes subway. Also Jenny, Ashley. I hope you read this and I give him $100 tip for his troubles. Grow up.
