  Stopped by after a day of fishing and we’re fortunate to have Mark make us the best subway sandwiches we’ve literally ever had. His portions, attitude and friendliness were 10/10. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We’ve been by before and had another employee and he PALED in comparison to Mark. We walked out after our second experience and both said, “man wish Mark would have been here today”. The sandwiches just weren’t as good nor did we experience the same service. Mark needs a raise. He deserves to manage the place.

  Was being served by a deaf gentleman with hearing aids. Was super polite and relatively quick. He was making my friends sub when they were out of chicken he asked my friend if he’d like roast beef. My friend said chicken was fine. His coworker (Jenny) Got really rude and told him that roast beef cannot be subbed for turkey. He wasn’t even putting roast beef on the sandwich and it could have ended there. It didn’t. She went on and had some really snarky tone in her voice. Manager (Ashley) Came out and piped up to say in front of me my girlfriend my friend and 2 other customers “He’s gonna be gone anyway. Yeah he’s gone in 45 minutes.” Disgusting… Didn’t pull him away but instead embarrassed him infront of paying customers. I remember when my manager embarrassed a coworker infront of customers. She was fired next day. Hope you take notes subway. Also Jenny, Ashley. I hope you read this and I give him $100 tip for his troubles. Grow up.

  Both workers were super friendly, food was made quickly and tasted amazing.

  A subway employee bought some pizza to an homeless guy, this warmed my heart bc of the community in the store.
