- BWBob Weiss2 days ago5.0These folks are great. I called and arranged to have snow tire chains delivered there as my wife and I started our travel cross country and realized we needed chains. The seller screwed up. The UPS Store in Durango was great. They handled accepting the late package, applying my forwarded return to shipper label and shipped it off. Was all hassle free andd I got a full refund from the shipper. Thanks everyone at Store 3715!!
- VEVanessa ElledgeSep 27, 20265.0I wish there was more of these stores in my area the closest store to me is 36-37 mi away. But they are helpful they're courteous and they get the job done. I see their drivers out working until late in the evening and wish them all is safe holiday season coming.
- DLDavid LSep 19, 20265.0A month ago, I contacted The UPS Store in Durango, CO. to discuss the possiblility of palletizing a SBC engine and shipping it to the east coast! I spoke with Alexis, their General Manager, and she was extremely accommodating. She worked up a quote based on my over-the-phone description. This was something I had never done, thus she was very patient with me. I could only meet there on one specific day and it was her day off! She said she would meet me there. Fast forward 4 weeks, and my son & I showed up with 500 pounds of engine parts! As promised, Alexis met us there on a Saturday afternoon. The three of us worked together to get the engine and its accompanying parts onto a large 6-foot pallet. Once loaded, she padded it, shrink wrapped it, and followed up by strapping it to the pallet, then arranged for its cross coutnry transportation...all on her day off! Alexis, thank you for going above & beyond when you certainly did not have to. I highly recommend Alexis and The UPS Store in Durango, CO. for your shipping & transportation needs!
