Bread was stale and chicken still frozen
We come up to work the ranch each year and stop at subway. In the past, there were no issues with the service. However, the last two years, subway in Durango has been out of stock of multiple items. Dont have various meet products, veggies and bread available. This year they also didnt have all the cup sizes. They refuse to compensate for this and demand you pay full price even though items are missing in what would make the sandwich you want. Missing ham, we'll through on bacon, but they still charge extra for it. Out of small cups, still charge you for a large though you wanted a small cup. Refills are free, so it makes no sense to charge for different sizes anyways. Employees dont seem to care that this is an issue when raised to them. Looks like we will go elsewhere from now on.
Ordered two sandwiches on DoorDash. It took an hour to even be made.What we got back was two footlongs, the wrong bread, only a little bit of meat, cheese, and a LOT of lettuce. The sandwiches were dry and less than satisfactory. We were trying to just eat after a long day and this completely ruined our entire night as we weren’t able to even eat. The quality of customer service is horrendous and unacceptable. Everytime I’ve gone in, a total of three times, my order is either wrong or the customer service is atrocious.if I would I would rate this place a 0.

WORST subway on the planet!!! do not waste your time or money!! unless you want to hear "no we don't have that, no we don't have that either" and whatever you do DO NOT order online, the online menu never mentions how much they are out of
