  The woman there was COMPLETELY RUDE to my husband! SHE made a mistake and was crappy to my husband about it like it was his fault!!!Very unprofessional to say the least. Bad customer service skills to say the least. We WILL NOT be doing any more business here!

  This UPS Store is our go-to location for Amazon returns! Even on their busiest days, the staff is always attentive, positive, and ready to help. They consistently provide excellent customer service and make the return process easy. We really appreciate their friendly attitudes and the care they put into helping every customer.

  The manager was horrible. I had two packages rerouted to this store he said he couldn't release one because the person wasn't here and he needed to check the person's id. But he gave me my package without a id. He kept contradicting himself and refused to give me the owners number

  Just came from USPS and of course their customer service was werey trash but UPS this location specifically 10 out of 10 great customer service. AC was nicely cool in the space. They were able to help me print and ship my package within seconds! They were friendly the greeted me. I was in and out within like 5 minutes 10 out of 10 great place would recommend.
