  My first time at the downtown location. There was a line so I was afraid it was going to take a while. But the young lady behind the desk named Kendra was moving like an octopus 😄. Very efficient and good at her job. And she did it all with a pleasant smile. Good job UPS! Give that young lady a raise! 👍🏼

  Editing my review because I had unfairly attributed problems with "big UPS" and a different UPS store to this one, which was the intended destination of my package. When the manager here Kendra got involved, she went above and beyond to rectify the UPS driver error, going across town on her on time and expense to help resolve it. After the difficulties I'd encountered recently with big UPS delivery and customer support, Kendra's efforts restored a lot of my faith in the UPS system and I wanted to commend her for it.

  I don’t leave reviews often but I ran to the UPS store right after work, flustered and feeling guilty about coming in 9 minutes before they closed. Kendra was patient, understanding and amazing although I would’ve understood her if she glared lol. I appreciate her understanding and calming energy!
