  Employee 294154 is always there when I go to Ship items. He has to remember customers names, and I’ve noticed he greets them, but he sees them come through the door. As a result, there are definitely loyal customers who come to this location. He’s incredibly friendly, fast and efficient. He also recommends the best way to package and the most Cost-effective way to ship my items it’s greatly appreciated.

  Huge kudos to the leading management of the UPS store in Cherry creek Who have renovations happening and are continuing to allow online appointments to be booked that cannot take place because they have no computer access Thank you to UPS team for the wasted time and for the heartfelt, mumbled apology from your employees as people’s packages are being haphazardly dumped to and fro on the sidewalk

  I specifically went to this location because of its high ratings and I’m very happy I did! Thank you to Aaron for helping me navigate the shipping of large moving boxes cross country. Great customer service made a stressful task super easy.
