    This store is typically great but I dropped off a package on Tuesday, got a receipt from the UPS employee but it still hasn’t been “received” by UPS on Friday because it wasn’t scanned in commerce city. We called the store and they told us to open a claim Package value is $150 but UPS only covers $100 for lost parcels. If we have a receipt saying it was received we still may end up in the hole??

    Just stopped in for help packing and shipping a piece of framed artwork. Tyler helped me and was extremely helpful and professional. I feel confident in my package being handled carefully and with the same care that I would use. Highly recommend!
