  Kenneth is the best! It was super busy and he was getting things done and multitasking like a pro, on top of being super friendly and accommodating while making the long line smile and laugh. Hope Kenneth sticks around he makes this UPS location the best!

  I went today around 10:50 am to pick up my order. The older lady helped me. Right when i walked in she asked me how can i help you i told her im picking up my order and right away she told she doesn’t have it without checking or asking me more questions or for my name. I gave her my id and i told her can you please check because i see a package over there that looks like mine. She went to check and said yup that’s not yours. I told her i got the email that said it was delivered yesterday and i can give you a tracking number she ended up asking for my address and Finally she checked and that package was mine they just have a space in my last name but it still looks like my id and i told her sometimes they do that only if she listened the first time. I just felt discriminated the moment i walked through the door until the end because i looked different because nothing else make sense on why she would treat me this way. Train your employees to ask questions before making assumptions because it’s not cool. Will never come back to this shitty location. I would give negative stars if i can too. She didn’t apologize either. If she would of apologized and acknowledged her mistake I wouldn’t be this mad or write a review

  Great customer service. I love that it's family owned. Good job guys. Keep America strong but we cannot get the copies exactly how we wanted and a quick time frame as I was in a rush

  I just had the most pleasant experience at this UPS Store! I was inquiring about options for shipping a large piece of artwork with a lot of sentimental value. Rochelle and Hope were so kind and helpful. I’m definitely making this location my go-to for shipping moving forward.

  I had a great experience with the notary here Pam, I walked in earlier than when they started and she was more than happy to help me. The staff here was extremely nice and I had such a pleasant time. Ontop of getting some documents notarized Pam scanned and printed a large quantity of documents for me and I very much appreciate her for taking the time to do that!! I always notice people leave bad reviews but never anything positive, I had such a great experience with this team I would definitely recommend any services here!! 100/10 experience and customer service I will definitely come back here if I need anything!
