  Our Eames chair and ottoman were shipped from Denver to Boston. Chris, the manager at the UPS store, found the least expensive way to ship the pieces with the right amount of TLC in transit. Chris packed everything and used the freight arm of UPS called TForce for shipping. Their communication was great, and they arranged a delivery window that worked for the recipients. They broke down the small pallet and brought the items inside. The chair and ottoman were in perfect condition. We had a terrific experience, and loudly endorse Chris and the UPS store on Colorado Blvd for any shipping needs!

  This location is terrible. Girl working there on evening of 6/24 was rude, I was at the front of the line and she cut me off and said she had to help some other guy that was definitely not in the store when I walked in. She also incorrectly scanned my Happy Return (only 1 item was scanned, despite me pointing to her that I had 2 items in the return). I’ve now had to wait 10 business days and spend hours on the phone with the merchant trying to get a refund for the second item and prove I dropped it off. Awful customer service
