  ridiculously fast, isabel and cory are awesome. Handled 5 customers in 5 minutes practically. Despite when multiple people were talking isabel heard me and my details perfectly. Hoping this review does them some good. Came in at 11:54 on 8/22/26.

  This UPS store is truly one of a kind. No matter how busy it is, the team is always patient, kind, and helpful. They tape up your box and print a receipt without even being asked. They have no problem with you doing Amazon packages at the counter instead of the kiosk. Today a woman brought a USPS package, and instead of being rude about it the girl at the counter sealed up the bag for her and removed the old label to make sure there was no problem when she went to USPS. They are a level of friendly and efficient that is truly hard to find these days. Makes it worth dealing with what can be a challenging parking lot.

  The customer service I received was excellent. The store’s team (Sam, Karime, Cory, and Havi) truly went above and beyond. I had a large shipment I needed overnight (over 15 boxes) and the team was incredible. So glad I went to this location!

  This is my favorite place to go for Amazon returns, even with it not being the closest location to me. Their self service machine is incredibly helpful and when I do need help, the staff is always lovely to work with. Cory even checked on me to make sure the kiosk was working well for me and offered help if I needed it. Love when staff goes above and beyond to be helpful!

  EDIT: Photo was rejected at passport office. So I paid over 30$ for unusable photos though I followed the instructions given by the employees. This has been extremely inconvenient and just disappointing. Very upset I was misquoted wrong on the price of a passport photo when I called prior to coming in and then was charged double what was quoted. I was told I called another location, however I didn’t as I called at 1:43pm. Very disappointing.
