  I recently visited this location after a very long day at work. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile a “genuine smile”. I mean… it was late and the lady behind the counter was happy to see me. Her name was Valarie and she was amazing. I’ll admit it had been a while since I’d been to a subway, but I was really craving one of those Phillies with alllll the things. Well, there were points when I couldn’t remember what my options were. She was so patient with me and even upsold me on extra meat. Note: worth it. Anywho I thought she deserved a shout out. It was just really nice to have an interaction during what would have been a familiar drive back to my apartment.

  Went here twice now and both times have had to ask the employees running the registers to change their gloves before handling the next sandwich. Today I was told that he didn't change them because they were short handed. I'm sorry but since when does being short-handed give someone an excuse to put a person's health at risk? I thought it was common sense not to be touching food with the same gloves you just touched a bunch of money with. I'm done going here. I can't imagine what they are doing when the customer ISN'T paying attention.

  These guys are kind of obnoxious. I ordered the $5 footlong italian and they made me a spicy italian by mistake. Instead of giving it to me for $5 they insisted they would have to go and remake the sandwich -- ?? While I was there a man came in to use the restroom and they said "Not unless you buy a sandwich".
