Lady at the restaurant was very busy. Did have to wait a little for order but food was amazing! I hope they have more help for her next time.

Amazing experience at Subway today! The staff was so kind, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. My food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I wanted it. Great customer service and great food, definitely coming back!
Recently, I had an upsetting experience at this restaurant. When placing my order, I was asked if I wanted my sandwich as a meal, and I said yes. However, when I went to get my drink and chips, the employee told me I had said no. After I explained the misunderstanding, she spoke to her coworkers within earshot and suggested I was trying to get free food, which was not true and felt very unprofessional.
A simple clarification or request to pay the difference would have resolved the issue.
I had only recently started returning to this Subway because of positive service from another staff member. This experience makes me very hesitant to return. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service moving forward.
This location was clean and bright when I entered. I was greated with a big smile by Vicenta Miranda! Her customer service was excellent and helpful. The ingredients looked very FRESH. I decided I would definitely return to this store. Not all subways are run as well as this one.
