  I used to be with Mario Morales, and I think about a year ago Martin Amador and administration took over. Since this administration the customer service is horrible. All State has always been on the pricing side when it comes to insurance, however they made up for it in customer service. Well now they dont even have this going for themselves. Last year there was overpayment of about$1200 (November 2025) I was reimbursed around March 2026, after numerous calls on wait, emails and time speaking with main hub all state insurance (because local representation Amador and associates would never pick up the phone). Just recently renewed my home insurance, they made a mistake with payment (mind you Im trying to pay them) they attached to "My escrow" haven't had an escrow for years, some home their reps missed this. trying to call them, wait, email no response. It's time to shop around! Muy mal servicio al cliente, no pierdan su tiempo.

  I just got my auto insurance through Amador Insurance and the process was seamless. Melissa walked me through my coverage options, explained everything clearly, and got me a rate that beat my old carrier. Highly recommend. I also appreciate how responsive the team is — it's clear they genuinely care about their clients.
