  Peejay saved my day! Went in for a missed package and he was cheerfully more then able to assist me. Waiting for package tomorrow would not have worked . God bless you man!!! He needs a raise though i know he may not get it.

  I have a putting customer service the number so I come in as a comment yesterday gay his comment just called for me. He’s skipping for me. Never contact for me like my time is coming after just one myself pick up like post office better than just FedEx it’s a hard time FedEx worker not good company Major berries to pick up one week two week he still just 24 hours ship emergency as after two weeks. I have a common.

  Marissa is the gold standard of customer service…and just an amazing human being. My 5 minute interaction with her made my whole day. I don’t write many reviews but this one was a must. FedEx, you have a gem working for you. Everyone could and should learn from her. Best experience EVER!!!
