I’ve been to this location a number of times, my packages always get sent out as needed. However, the guy behind the desk named “Cord” is always grumpy upon first interaction like he is annoyed to be employed in customer service. Today, I tell him I have a happy return, because that’s what the online return service calls the service I will be using at this FedEx location. Cord responds, “we don’t do happy returns” making the interaction very unpleasant and unhelpful. Turns out the QR code, or “happy return” works just fine. Maybe Cord calls the happy return something else and is unaware, maybe he just needs an attitude adjustment.
