  I have been trying to contact this store about a shipment they're holding. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of a human. Zero customer service and every prompt is meant to keep you from reaching one. When I did finally find myself speaking to a person, it was someone offshore, speaking incoherent English. One of America's greatest companies? Not anymore

  I had an appointment this morning at the post office a few blocks away for my passport and, despite trying to plan ahead, I definitely did not have my life together enough to have all my paperwork printed and documents copied. I called FedEx and spoke with Kyle, a little stressed and wondering if I needed to send everything over in advance. He assured me it was no big deal and told me to head over. He did ask me to email anything I needed printed ahead of time, which I did. When I arrived, Kyle already had everything printed and ready for me. He got me checked out, walked me over to the self-service copiers, showed me how they worked, and then actually just made the copies for me because getting the double-sided documents copied onto one side of a page was a little more complicated than I was mentally prepared for. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Literally no stress. I even had time to go grab a coffee and chill before my passport appointment, which I absolutely was not expecting. Kyle is awesome. Thanks for making my morning so much easier. I’ll definitely come back to this location again!

  Tim is the absolute best! We had an urgent matter for our company that needed to be completed within the same day, and Tim was so helpful and fast in getting it done. He was so patient and helpful with guiding me through what I was going to need and really couldn't have done it without him!
