  Tim is the absolute best! We had an urgent matter for our company that needed to be completed within the same day, and Tim was so helpful and fast in getting it done. He was so patient and helpful with guiding me through what I was going to need and really couldn't have done it without him!

  This FedEx Office and its wonderful staff (Manager Ashton and his associate Cole,) redeemed my faith in human kindness and intelligence! After literally HOURS of trying to resolve an issue through FedEx representatives by phone, I was angrily cursing the inefficiency and sheer stupidity of its policies (not the poor foreign representatives, but the company). The issue involved simply forwarding a package they were holding for my daughter to another FedEx office in a different state when her flight was changed to another city. They literally had it in their hands, and I needed it to be sent overnight, as she was leaving the country. But nooo, it had to be put on a truck and go to a hub to be reprocessed, and then resent - which would take several days! I even drove to the office from which I'd shipped, and he tried for an hour to fix this ridiculous situation. Enter Ashton and Cole, who said that under the circumstances they would be both willing and happy to help us. The package went overnight to the next FedEx. These people are the BEST, and corporate would do well to follow their example.
