  Pretty quick, wasn't aware I could scan my own package because it had a label already. So I waited in line for a little bit not knowing I couldn't move myself along. Only been once, seems like an all right spot.

  Had a package that tracking showed as “out for delivery”. Driver literally pulled up to the house as we were outside, then told us he left the package at the warehouse in another city. He told us we could pick it up there (we were leaving town and needed the package). When we went, it was not a location open to the public. And when we called customer service our tracking ID came back as invalid. ZERO help and did not get to have the package for our trip as intended. Train your people!!!
