  They have the best customer service of any FedEx location I have ever seen. Almost every time when I drop off a box besides their self serving kiosk, they have at least four different people that are ready to help as soon as possible. Unlike other locations for our Denver, this location is the best by far very efficient. I rarely spend more than five minutes finishing my task at at any time I’ve been there. Highly recommend this office. They are amazing and wonderful Customer Service.

  Larry was amazing! I ran into an unexpected printing issue with something important and time-sensitive, and he made sure I got everything sorted out. He was attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful, especially when he could see I was starting to worry about the timing. Service like his deserves to be recognized. This location is fortunate to have him. Thank you, Larry!

  Two employees told me my package would be delivered in NYC by 10:30 a.m. today if I paid for FedEx Express Priority Overnight. The package did not arrive at that time, and the store says they will not issue me a refund for the cost of shipping. This is disappointing as I've had good service here in the past. I was told to request a refund online, and after I went through that process I got the message in the screenshot below. Would be helpful if the store I paid would simply issue me a refund.

  Brian bullied me when they misprinted the menus for my wedding. He was extremely rude, cursing members of his team who had helped me. He made me cry.
