Staff were friendly but this location charges you $4 to drop off prepaid packages. Look for an actual Fedex location (even though this one is branded as if it is aFedex owned location).

Because they are located in a hotel they charge an extra handling fee for some dumb reason.

Worst FEDEX experience of my life. This place scams you on packages delivered to the Sheraton Downtown Hotel. Any package delivered here that has NOTHING to do with FEDEX goes to this office and they hold it hostage until you pay a “receiving fee” of at least $10 per package. It’s a total SCAM! Do not, I repeat DO NOT have packages sent to the Sheraton Hotel address.
