  Hank is helpful without being pushy. I understand that there is a reality that corporations require every person to be a salesman (and may even tie things like job security to number of positive reviews). That being said, I don't want my insurance company emails to be annoying ads that I have to ignore. It's a difficult needle to thread, but he's making it work.

  I got a new car and needed to switch my coverage over. This office was super responsive and made it easy to switch coverage before I drove off the lot! I called back when I had time to sit down with my policy to ask questions about coverage recommendations and discounts. Jacob Burke, the associate I spoke with, was phenomenal. He took the time to answer all of my questions, review specific details of coverage including examples of when I might need to use it, asked questions to discern what coverage I truly needed with my specific circumstances, explained things thoroughly when I didn’t quite understand, and gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision without pushing me to do anything. It was undoubtedly one of the most patient, kind and helpful customer support interactions I’ve ever had. And he did so while also saving me a substantial amount of money on my monthly bill, getting me the new quote before we got off the phone! Huge shoutout to Jacob for the incredibly positive experience :)
