  Finally a Cricket with good customer service! I just called to ask a few questions about getting the new iPhone & Yareli answered the phone, was so friendly & super helpful. Definitely getting my phone at this location after speaking with her & hoping she makes commission on it!

  Yareli is incredible! I stopped by after losing my phone, and she made the experience of replacing it easy and stress-free. She was absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable, and truly professional. Because of her, I can't imagine going to any other Cricket next time I need something.

  I've purchased 2 phone's from ji within the last year. One replaced a phone I stupidly Lost < one week after buying it. Granted, I waited ~ 3+ months to do it. (Once bitten Twice Shy, as they say .) The phone guru quickly txfrred my contact info from the primitive Cricket phone to the Moto Power 2021 w/ the MUCH better camera And battery life phone. . It wasn't Scary at all!
