  My cellphone lost its service, came to this Cricket store, and the salesperson said she had no idea what is happening and had no idea what to do about it. Asked her to show me a map to a different store, so I could take a picture of it, but the salesperson was scared of me taking a photo of a map. Absolutely stupid stuff.
