My husband just had a horrible experience at this location. Went to replace his screen protector on an iphone16 and the wrong one was replaced. Sonia C was the person helping him. He was asking to get the correct screen protector replaced or to get his money back but he was told that would not be possible. Asked to talk to a store manager and was told since it was the weekend they could not call a manager. They even called the cops for this issue. I wish they were as quick to give good customer service as they are to call cops for their horrible service.

I was very impressed at the level of customer service I received today. Yazmin helped me out, she was very helpful and friendly. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of her.

Took forever. Tried to push a sale I didn't want.
