  I went in to have my battery tested. Regina helped me out. She tested my current battery, showed me the results and confirmed my battery was bad. I asked if they carried a battery for my car. She said yes but what I really appreciated was the fact that she pulled 3 batteries, went over prices and warranty for each and let me pick what was in my budget. She removed old battery, installed the new battery, cleaned a huge amount of corrosion, sealed the posts and got everything put back together. Retested the new battery and got the green light that everything tested good. I watched her, asked alot of questions. She was knowledgeable, very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her that location and their services. She is the best! Thank you!

  Got here at 9:10 today and store was not open although the hours state 9a.m. tried to call and nothing.

  I’m a woman of a certain age, Call Dupere multiple times regarding a battery then I finally get my battery charged enough to get up there and Liz in America just been over backwards took care of me. It was short. It was easy and I was pretty worked up about my car not starting. listen, these people are the real deal. They are neighbors.!!!

  So we screwed up and asked for the wrong parts (or the website was misleading about which was the correct one...) either way Eric was detrimental in making sure we exchanged for the right ones and even pulled parts for us to check against the old ones we were trying to replace in order to be sure of sizing. We appreciated his help very much. the employees at this store are understanding and helpful and cheerful and they just got our business from now on (and an autozone is directly across the street from our apt-still will be heading down to Advance because of our experience there). Thanks again Eric!
