  Adolfo and Carlos, outstanding team and super helpful. This is coming from a former auto service manager and current construction operations leader, Advance Auto is fortunate to have such considerate and excellent customer care team. These guys deserve all the praise. Keep up the great work!

  Bait and switch.... Nothing against this store in particular. The staff is nice and knowledgeable but Advanced as a whole is shady. If I'm going to an Advanced, it's an emergency (because I know I'll be overpaying). I always find the part online, make sure it's what I need, make sure they have it, and most importantly check the price. Without fail, I pay more in the store. Today's example of every experience I've had at this chain: store pickup price was $54.49. Magically, when I arrive that particular one is out of stock.. Instead they have another that's $65.99. Every. Single. Time! This is why brick and mortar stores are struggling. At least I know how much I'm paying when I buy garbage Amazon parts.

  Every time I come into this Advance Auto Parts location, the customer service is awful. I’ve been to other Advance Auto Parts locations and had a completely different, much better experience, so this seems specific to this store. The employees here consistently seem like they have zero desire to help customers. It feels like asking basic questions or needing assistance is an inconvenience to them. I don’t expect anything over the top, just basic customer service and a willingness to help people find what they need. Unfortunately, this location has been disappointing every time I’ve been in.
