I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. I arrived with a small transfer load from a closed warehouse, literally only three items (a forklift, a floor scrubber, and a pallet). As you can see from the photos, it’s a 5-minute unload that takes up a tiny fraction of the trailer. Despite the simplicity of the task, the manager, "AJ," was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to be flexible, forcing a 3.5-hour wait for a 1:30 PM appointment. Beyond the lack of common sense, his professional conduct and appearance are the worst representation of company leadership I’ve seen. He looked like he just stepped out of a county jail—covered in so many lip and face piercings that it looked like someone used him for fishing bait and forgot to remove the hooks. It is unprofessional, gross, and not at all the standard I expect from a company like Advance Auto Parts.
If you’re a driver, be prepared for zero flexibility and a lot of power-tripping. They have no respect for a driver’s time or equipment. And, to make matters worse, once 1:30 PM rolled around, they took forever to actually finish the job. It is now well past the appointment time and I’m still stuck here for a load that takes up five feet of trailer space. I truly hope management in corporate takes a look at these reviews. Avoid this place if you can!
