  Every single time they just leave you standing at the counter while they're on their phone in the back. I've had to leave several times because no one will come to the register and then they're rude about it. Terrible service

  The staff was so helpful especially Celsto and Chris who is the store manager and went out of their way to help me by getting Jeremiah a worker that was more than glad to help me,,so 😀 👍 that's great customer service. Thank you Staff

  I go there because they have great customer service.One of the best auto stores i've ever been to always get good help in good advice from all the employees especially Jeremiah, his customer service is very good. Keeps me coming back, Chris,the owner has a great crew working there. So go there if you want to get some help with anything.

  Awesome customer service Chris and the crew are amazing. They helped me when I was in a serious bind with my car. Chris called a mechanic for me that he knew by the name of Lee Michels he came right out and fixed my car in the parking lot and his price was beyond fair. Thanks Advanced Auto Parts for being one of the few companies that go above and beyond for your customers and actually care about your customers.
