  I had a terrible experience at Advanced Auto Parts. They sold me what was supposed to be a new car battery, but it was clearly used and didn’t even have the safety caps on the terminals, which is a serious safety concern. Within 24 hours, I returned to this location to get a refund, they refused—claiming the battery terminals were “dirty.” This makes no sense because the battery never even left my trunk. Even if it had been installed, there’s no way it could have accumulated that much dirt in such a short time or in that condition. It honestly feels like they knowingly sold me a used battery, which is completely unacceptable and borderline fraudulent. On top of that, they wouldn’t even offer an exchange. Customer service was extremely poor, and they showed no willingness to resolve the issue fairly. Selling batteries without proper safety caps is irresponsible, and their handling of the situation was even worse. Now I need to file complaint at least to get the replacement as they are breaking their policies. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

  I give this place a one star for being outta stock on things the app claims they have and the customer greeting and have a good day policy is lacking very much here not a good location
