  ****MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS REMOVED, IF IT GETS REMOVED AGAIN I WILL KEEP POSTING*** I went into the Advance Auto Parts on Tower Road in Green Valley Ranch, and my experience was upsetting. Every time I visit, there always seem to be new employees working there. After what I witnessed yesterday, I think I understand why. I watched a manager named James speak to one of his employees in a way that was completely disrespectful and degrading. The employee appeared to have a simple question about a scheduling issue, but James responded by talking down to him so harshly that I was genuinely shocked. It was uncomfortable to witness, and I almost felt like crying for the young man because no one deserves to be treated that way. As a customer, it was disturbing to see someone in a leadership position treat an employee with such a lack of respect. If James is truly a manager, then something needs to be done. No employee should ever be spoken to or treated as if they are worthless. Advance Auto Parts, you need to do better. Your employees deserve respect, and your customers notice how they are treated. If this is the culture being allowed in your stores, it's no surprise why there is always new people there.

  Showed up 10 minutes till 9 and asked about sun shades for five bucks. Pointed To The the add and got no help what so ever. No cool bro. Ad says 5 bucks they're supposed to be 5 bucks. Not the 32 bucks you charged cause you didn't want to to your job properly.

  I would not recommend shopping for anything here I bought a jack from them and it was broken in the package I didn’t even take it out of the box and took it back because I ended up just borrowing one from a friend and they accused me of breaking the jack and said it wouldn’t come in that condition the box was still sealed I didn’t open anything so that just tells me they are selling broken parts and won’t take responsibility for it the cashier argued with me saying I broke it how can I break it if it’s been in a sealed package the entire time I had it I would go to oreaillys or any where else if you want parts that don’t come broken in the package was my first time at advance auto parts and I see why no body go's here

  I purchased this screw extractor set, but it did not work as advertised. When I tried to return it, Advanced Auto Parts refused because they don’t accept returns on this product even though it was ineffective. The employee, Landen, was not helpful and seemed more interested in defending the product than resolving the issue. Very disappointing customer service and return policy.
