  Deceptive and poor customer service: I was visiting from out of state and stopped by prior to purchasing my souvenirs nearby to be sure they would fit in an oblong box to ship home. The employee picked out a box, we measured it with a tape measure, he quoted me $48 to ship it to my zip code, and then I left to purchase my oblong goodies. When I returned less than 30 minutes later, the other employee said he left and was really flustered about finding the box size he and I had measured. She kept trying to give me a much larger box than I needed and I said we needed to find the previous box size I was quoted. She responded she had only been there three weeks and didn't know what to do and would not go look for the right box. I was stunned. Thankfully, the man came back a few minutes later and then he, too, tried to sell me a larger box when he saw what I was putting in the box. I told him these would things fit perfectly in the one we had already measured and after some argument about it, he retrieved the box he had previously quoted me and with my own bubblewrapping, we easily fit the items in this box with plenty of room to spare. I'm leaving some obnoxious details out, but he finally taped the box closed AND CHARGED ME $75!!! When I reminded them I was quoted $48, they said that was shipping only, no packaging. Why would they not include that when we measured a specific oblong box????? They used none of their own wrap inside the box, just my bubble wrap, and charged me $27 for a 30x10x10 oblong box and some tape. That cost more than my three purchases I was shipping! I would never have made those purchases had I known it would cost more to ship them than their value. Of course they were unapologetic about their omission. This was inflammatory and ridiculous and I will also report this to the FTC for deceptive practices.

  Some of the rudest and the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten in my life from the store you come in and they have a attitude immediately because you need something that’s kind of complex or you wanna ship something for your employer, rolling their eyes deep size making jokes out of the side of your mouth to demean the customer who wants to give you money, not a wise business move
