It's the first and last time I will visit this subway employee was more worried about break time and having to do their job alone than what I was asking for plus so many things were empty and well past freshness lettuce was brown and should have not been served after pointing it out was told yeah you right but never changed it out still put it on my wife's sandwich and over all will never stop at that subway again drive to a subway I know they do it right
I got to the restaurant and when i was there the coworker was prioritizing online orders instead of the line he had infront of him and once he went to check out uber supposably the system went down and he stood there looking clueless instead of attending people in line and taking cash.Subway should teach you guy how to properly manage online and in person orders. And ive been here once before and they are to time consuming i want my sandwich made to eat not to make it sit look pretty.

It's pretty terrible you asked for the same sandwich as the person in front of you, watching the guy put triple the meat on the person in front of me and then I get half slices of meat put on my sandwich. And then I just get looked at funny whenever I tell them that's not even close to the same sandwich. It was bad that I was going to have to wait as long as I did well they're having conversations .but I thought it would be worth it to get that big triple meat sandwich. Must be the buddy system!

This is regards to Alex. If you are open until 10pm, don't start closing at 9:15. And then you continue cleaning and doing other closing activities before finishing my order that I placed at 9:15, plenty of time before your actual closing time. Then give me attitude because you already had everything closed and turned off, 45 minutes early. I watched you turn someone away at 9:30 stating you were closed.
Completely unacceptable. If you hate your job this much, maybe you should find a different one.

I had a messed up online order from this afternoon, couldn’t get it fixed until this evening and ALEX DID AMAZING!!!!❤️❤️ totally fixed everything! Amazing attitude as well!! 😊
