  our visit today was bad due to the employees, we went to two locations this being the second one, unfortunately the employee there at the time 2-3 pm she is plus size and bilingual , she was very ignorant and rude, she was also just sitting down watching her phone the whole time. I could tell she didn’t want to help in any way at all as she kept saying to do it online but we came in person to make sure everything goes right. we ended up just leaving, she really made it seem as if we interrupted or bothered her.

  I believe his name was Israel, but he helped me out with no issues. He was the first cricket employee who seemed to care to fix the issue. He truly made it easier for me to resolve my problems with my phone and helped upgrading feel less stressful! Thank you sir!
