  I went in to pay My bill and they convinced me to get international calls and paid $10 with they bill then the next day My phone was cut off. When i went into the store, the Rep (ivan) couldnt Even explain why it was cut off. Terrible service

  Brandon did an amazing job helping me! He spent a total of roughly 6 hours fighting Straight Talk to port my phone number over and get me the best deal possible when switching services. He even stayed over closing time for an hour trying to switch my number over. He was very patient, had a good attitude and a sense of humor about it. He did an outstanding job and I highly recommend this place! Side note: Straight Talk has the worst customer service and I strongly urge anyone considering their service to reconsider.
