  The customer service was efficient, the total time in building was minimal, the worker was polite, straight to the point and efficient.

  They won’t move the box for prepaid drop off away from the door and it’s asking for packages that are dropped to get stolen from small businesses.

  This is my “go to” UPS store. They went through a period where they had lots of staff which was good for decreased wait time. Recently it seems staff has changed. Went in this a.m., the door was open and the staff hassled me for coming in 3” before 9am. I didn’t know it wasn’t open yet, the door was open. I said, “oh well you have to start work 1” early”. The lady says “it’s 3” early”! At my job, I’ve had to start work early to assist people and have had to stay late. I didn’t feel it was appropriate to hassle me about 3”.
