  Kalani did an absolutely fantastic job assisting me. There is a problem with either the system or it being entered the wrong way and she took care of it lickity split! We're not over way to send me multiple text messages showing how it was spelled went in and edited it to the appropriate information so that now I feel safe and secure. Contacting Allstate and speaking with her directly as did a marvelous job. You want to feel taken care of and want to feel like you have no problem with anything contact her! Five out of five stars all the way and I will look forward to speaking to her in the future.
