Damian is an amazing employee. Every time I come in, he stays professional, patient, and positive even while dealing with difficult customers and situations. The customer service at this FedEx is excellent, and Damian is a big reason why I keep coming back. He has consistently gone above and beyond to help me, including handling things that aren't even part of his job. Highly recommend this location because of employees like him.

Josh and Jeff are phenomenal. I had a package sent to this location as it required a signature and I was not able to guarantee being at home for delivery to provide that signature. For some reason a delivery attempted was made AFTER the store was already open but the package wasn’t delivered. I called and spoke to Josh who kindly transferred me to FedEx corporate to hopefully get more info. I got the most unhelpful associate there, so I hung up and called this location again and got Jeff. Jeff then went the extra mile and spoke to corporate himself and got it rerouted for delivery again m, same day. It is a medication and something that was needed. Hence, the guaranteed delivery attempted the FedEx office location. I will always use this location for anything FedEx related. Thank you so much for helping avoid a potential disaster.

Great customer service experience. I never ship anything so always need a little extra help, and had to ship back my old work computer.
After wasting 35 minutes at another fedex location, i drove to this location and was helped as soon as I walked through the door. Was in and out of there within 5 minutes.
Definitely made my bad experience better!

Went to return clothes at this location, the return option I selected said “They’ll print the label, provide packaging for your items, then they’ll ship it for you.” The cashier told me he would not provide any packaging and I had to purchase one of their boxes. From the email below it clearly says they will provide the packaging. This location is no help. Went to the Parker location after and they were helpful. They said this location was wrong.

Extremely rude customer service. I spoke with one representative on the phone and was told one thing (after asking several times very specifically what I needed so my trip was not wasted), only to get there to pick up my boss's package and could not because I was told incorrectly. The representative behind the counter treated me like I was an idiot for thinking I could pick up the package.
